As you pursue your mission, surround yourself with people who believe in your mission and are motivated to help you accomplish it. Greatness has never come due to just skills and talent, but rather commitment, dedication, and perseverance of a people.
You could win a battle with highly talented but uncommitted people, but you cannot win a war without extremely committed people, no matter the talent level.
