Resilient systems require multiple suppliers, interoperable technologies, and contingency plans that preserve operational continuity during periods of crisis. The AI revolution offers unprecedented opportunities for economic growth and societal advancement.

Yet technological progress without strategic independence creates new forms of vulnerability. Sovereignty in the twenty-first century is no longer defined only by borders, armies, and natural resources.

It increasingly depends on who controls the algorithms, data centers, satellites, and computing infrastructure that modern societies cannot function without.
