Important Things to Know About Your ContiSX Phone

• ContiSX Is Neither Android Nor iOS: Your ContiSX Phone does not run Google’s Android or Apple’s iOS operating system. Consequently, Android and iOS apps like WhatsApp and Facebook will not run natively on your ContiSX Phone.
• Security and Privacy Are Foundational: ContiSX Phone is engineered with blockchain-based security architecture and cryptographic encryption to protect communications and sensitive information. Our mission is to provide a secure environment for messaging, voice calls, video communication, digital commerce and enterprise services.
• Major Operating System Update: November 10, 2026: On November 10, 2026, we plan to release a major operating system update that will activate access to our existing non-exchange applications. These include solutions for accounting, inventory management, human resources, business operations and other enterprise services. To comply with applicable capital market regulations, exchange-related applications and services will remain restricted until our regulatory licensing process is concluded.
• Email Activation: Select “Not Now”: When setting up your ContiSX Phone, you may skip email activation for now. Simply select “Not Now” when prompted. We expect to enable ecosystem registration and email activation with the November 10 operating system update.
• Complimentary Tekedia Learning Programmes: Your ContiSX Phone comes with complimentary access to two educational programmes – Tekedia Mini-MBA, and Tekedia Nigeria Capital Market Masterclass.
• Airtel SIM and Connectivity: Insert an Airtel SIM into your ContiSX Phone to access supported connectivity services. Within Nigeria, our prepaid connectivity arrangement is designed to enable eligible ContiSX messaging, voice and video services without requiring customers to purchase separate data bundles for those services. We expect the MTN to be up in days also.
