During the first semester of my PhD Electrical & Computer Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, I took a course on embedded electronics and systems. What I learned in that classroom became the foundation of a company I established in Owerri, Nigeria.
At the time, I was fortunate to hold seven academic scholarships and fellowships, which provided substantial financial support. Rather than simply save the money, I invested in a vision. I hired 14 young people in Owerri, and the journey of First Atlantic Semiconductors and Microelectronics began.
We built, we learned, and we grew. We have found success and have served as Intel Corporation’s programmable microprocessor knowledge partner in Africa for more than a decade, executing special projects in South Africa, Rwanda, Egypt, Ghana and beyond.

Today, that engineering journey is accelerating through ContiSX. To the Nigerian Police, THANKS FOR YOUR PARTNERSHIP. THANKS FOR GIVING THE LOCAL TEAM SUPPORT.
ContiSX is built around a fundamental principle: Africa must have sovereign and secure communication. We call this our triple-sovereignty mission covering people, technology and data.
Through our proprietary blockchain infrastructure, we are engineering secure communication systems designed for defence, law enforcement, government, financial markets and other high-consequence environments where privacy, resilience and operational control are essential.
Our ambition goes beyond manufacturing phones and devices. We are building the foundational infrastructure through which African institutions can communicate securely, operate confidently and maintain greater control over their digital systems. To do that means we need to have control of the operating system. That is why the ContiSX blockchain was invented.
To enterprises, institutions and governments: join the growing ContiSX ecosystem. Buy a phone and equest a demonstration of the ContiSX Secure Communication System. Order the phone here https://contisx.com/phone . We ship globally.
