Palantir Technologies has delivered another impressive quarterly performance, reporting third-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.31 billion, beating Wall Street expectations and raising its full-year financial guidance as demand for artificial intelligence software continues to accelerate.
The results highlight the company’s growing influence in the enterprise AI market, where businesses and government agencies are increasingly investing in advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence infrastructure.
According to its November 2 earnings announcement, Palantir generated $2.313 billion in revenue during the third quarter, representing a 96% increase compared with the same period last year.

Revenue also increased 20% sequentially, marking the company’s first quarter with sales exceeding $2 billion. Analysts had expected approximately $2.17 billion, making the reported figures a significant earnings beat.
The company also reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.44, exceeding the consensus estimate of $0.41. Net income attributable to common stockholders reached approximately $1.13 billion, compared with $144 million reported a year earlier.
Demonstrating substantial improvements in profitability alongside its rapid expansion. One of the most important developments was the performance of Palantir’s US commercial business, which generated $984 million in quarterly revenue, representing 148% year-over-year growth.
This marked the first time its US commercial operations generated more revenue than its US government business, which recorded $953 million, up 96% from the previous year. The milestone signals a significant transformation in Palantir’s business model.
Although the company initially built much of its reputation through contracts with intelligence agencies, defense departments and other government institutions, commercial customers are increasingly becoming a major source of growth.
Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform, commonly known as AIP, has become central to this expansion. The platform enables organizations to integrate large language models with their internal databases and operational systems.
Allowing employees to automate workflows, analyze information and make faster business decisions. As companies explore ways to deploy AI beyond experimental projects, Palantir has positioned itself as a provider of software that connects artificial intelligence directly to business operations.
Its Foundry and Gotham platforms also continue serving commercial and government customers requiring sophisticated data management capabilities. The strong quarterly performance prompted management to raise its full-year 2026 revenue forecast to between $8.53 billion and $8.534 billion, representing approximately 91% annual growth.
The company also increased its US commercial revenue guidance to more than $3.559 billion, implying growth of at least 143%. For the fourth quarter, Palantir expects revenue between $2.649 billion and $2.653 billion.
It also raised its adjusted free cash flow outlook to between $4.8 billion and $5 billion for the full year, reflecting confidence in its ability to maintain strong financial performance. However, the results have not eliminated investor concerns.
Palantir shares experienced pressure following the earnings announcement, as some investors questioned whether its extraordinary growth and premium stock valuation could be sustained. Slower sequential growth in commercial contract value also attracted attention.
Nevertheless, Palantir’s latest results reinforce the company’s position among the major beneficiaries of accelerating enterprise AI adoption. Its ability to translate growing interest in artificial intelligence into substantial commercial contracts and profitability will remain critical.
With revenue nearly doubling, commercial demand expanding and management raising its financial outlook, Palantir enters the final quarter of 2026 with considerable momentum.
