ContiSX Prepares Major Phone Update as It Introduces All-in-One Business Operating System.

ContiSX is preparing to expand its blockchain-powered technology ecosystem with a major operating system update for its smartphone and the introduction of ContiSX Office, an all-in-one business operating system designed to help organisations manage their daily operations.
The developments were presented by Prof. Ndubuisi Ekekwe, Tekedia's founder, who is also associated with the ContiSX initiative, through two video presentations released on November 7, 2026. The presentations explored the capabilities of the ContiSX Phone, its upcoming operating system update and the business applications available through ContiSX Office.
During an educational webinar titled Understanding Your ContiSX Phone: Features, Tech, Major OS Update, the company provided guidance on the smartphone's features, setup process and upcoming software improvements.

Unlike conventional smartphones running Google's Android or Apple's iOS, the ContiSX Phone operates on a proprietary blockchain-based operating system. It is designed around secure communication, digital commerce and enterprise applications.
The company explained that the November 10, 2026, update would activate access to existing non-exchange applications, including accounting, inventory management, human resources and business operations solutions.
However, exchange-related applications and services will remain restricted until the company's regulatory licensing process is concluded.
The webinar also addressed connectivity and device activation. Nigerian users can insert an Airtel SIM card to access supported communication services under the company's prepaid connectivity arrangement. ContiSX also indicated that MTN support was expected soon.
Additionally, phone owners receive complimentary access to two educational programmes: Tekedia Mini-MBA and the Nigeria Capital Market Masterclass.
Another major development is ContiSX Office, which the company describes as an all-in-one business operating system built to simplify organisational management.
The platform is designed for a broad range of users, including capital market operators, restaurants, schools, construction companies, e-commerce businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises, investors and individual entrepreneurs.
Rather than requiring businesses to depend on multiple disconnected applications, ContiSX Office brings several essential operational functions into one workspace.
Its six major modules cover staff management and workplace roles, messaging and meetings, human resources and payroll, bookkeeping and accounting, inventory management, and payments.
The HR and payroll module allows organisations to maintain employee records, manage attendance and leave, and process salaries alongside statutory deductions.
Its accounting functionality supports double-entry bookkeeping, invoices, expenses, receivables, payables and financial statements. Meanwhile, the inventory module helps businesses monitor stock, manage warehouses, process purchase orders and track inventory valuation.
For payments, organisations can collect money through bank transfers, payment links and hosted checkout pages. The company says ContiSX Office does not charge its own transaction fee on payments, with collections processed through its banking partners.
The platform also incorporates workplace messaging, announcements and video meetings, allowing employees to communicate and collaborate within the same environment.
An important feature is its shared ledger, which connects the different business modules. This means activities such as payroll, inventory movements and payments can automatically reflect in an organisation's accounting records.
ContiSX Office also includes approval controls for sensitive operations. Certain activities, including payroll, payout accounts, accounting journals and stock adjustments, require a second person's approval. Changes are recorded through a tamper-evident audit trail.
Beyond everyday business management, ContiSX Office is also designed to connect organisational operations with potential financing opportunities.
According to ContiSX, when an enterprise using the platform decides to raise capital, its Funding module can aggregate operational information and use integrated artificial intelligence to generate investment-ready documentation.
With the organisation's approval and support from its investment advisers, the information can subsequently be shared through ContiSX Private Market for fundraising, subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.
This approach seeks to reduce the administrative difficulties businesses often encounter when preparing financial and operational records for potential investors.
ContiSX Office is scheduled to go live on November 10, 2026, across web and ContiSX Phone applications.
The launch will form part of the broader operating system update intended to introduce additional enterprise applications to the ContiSX ecosystem. While the non-exchange business applications are expected to become available, exchange-related funding services will remain inactive until the relevant licensing process is completed.
Together, ContiSX Phone and ContiSX Office reflect the company's ambition to develop an integrated technology ecosystem that combines secure communication, enterprise productivity and business management.
The November 10 rollout will provide an opportunity to see how these applications operate across the company's smartphone and web platforms, particularly for businesses seeking to consolidate their operational activities within a single digital environment.
