The 54-year-old continued by saying that her former spouse became "paranoid" after she got black eye at his job in Malibu and that plants in the room "contained listening devices." Denise claimed that during his mental turmoil, he called her a "f--king b---h" and hit her in the eye with the heel of his palm.
In another part of her file, Denise supplied a picture of her arm from the red carpet, showing a bruise.
