Drake is correcting the record after beginning at the bottom. After a shirtless selfie raised eyebrows, the "Hotline Bling" rapper put an end to rumors that he had abdominal etching, a cosmetic operation in which fat is drawn out of the abdomen area to create more sculpted muscles.
In her Not This Again podcast, Bobbi Althoff mentioned that "people think you got a procedure done." He responded, "No," on the September 2 episode.
Even while Drake admitted that individuals had surgery "all the time," he maintained that he is not one of them.

The 38-year-old added, "People also say that I got a BBL," alluding to the well-known Brazilian Butt Lift surgery. "They call me "BBL Drizzy."
He went on, "I don't know if my wagon looked crazy when I walked in here."
Drake acknowledged, though, that the image itself did prompt some Facetune work.
"I came from the gym, I was sweaty in that pic," he clarified. "Maybe I heightened the saturation or something on it."
The Grammy winner went on to say, "I think I hit it too hard. They don't look like that."
When Metro Boomin dropped a diss tune called "BBL Drizzy" in 2024, amid the Degrassi alum's battle with Kendrick Lamar, Drake was the first to be linked to plastic surgery speculations. After Drake shared a picture of his abs in June, rumors began to circulate once more.
However, this does not imply that his six-pack is entirely phony. Indeed, Drake claimed that he enjoys working out at the gym with his 7-year-old son Adonis, whom he shares with painter Sophie Brussaux.
"He has an eight-pack, it's crazy," Bobbi was informed by Drake. "He's just way more locked in than like I ever was or ever will be."
