Khloe Kardashian has asked Kris Jenner to cut off contact with Lamar Odom after their relationship ended on a sour note.

A boundary is being drawn by Khloe Kardashian. The Kardashians star made it apparent that their friendship is doomed two weeks after she criticized her ex-husband Lamar Odom for acknowledging in his latest Netflix documentary that he only married her for stardom.

“Haven't heard from him,” on the April 29 episode of her Khloe in Wonder Land podcast, Khloe revealed to her mother Kris Jenner, “The bridge is burned and I have no more rope left to throw over. Period.”

She further stressed that regardless of how forgiving her family members may be her position should also apply to them.

“We're not talking to him anymore,” the 41-year-old made her mother aware of this. “‘Cause sometimes I know how you can get.”

However, Kris, 70, insisted that she had not gone too far.

“I have not made a phone call,” she informed her daughter. “I would not do anything like that without telling you first or asking you what you wanted me to do in a situation.”

Khloe, whom was wed to Lamar from 2009 to 2016, then restated, “It's not happening. There is no situation.”

Khloe wasn't just offended by Lamar's remarks in Untold: The Death & Life of Lamar Odom; the former NBA player also made press appearances following the documentary's release, implying that she overstated her contribution to saving his life after his near-fatal overdose in 2015 (Khloe filed for divorce in late 2013 but later put the proceedings on hold until after his recovery).

Additionally, the founder of Good American claims that Lamar, 46, did another interview following her criticism of him in her podcast episode from April 15, in which he supposedly doubled down on being with her for fame and power.

“He was like, something along the lines of, ‘Yeah, that marriage made me more popular in the social media world,’” she remembered Lamar's interview, which she claimed was forwarded to her by her brother Rob Kardashian. “I don't think he would care really about me, clearly."

Khloe was disappointed to see him jeopardize his ties with her family. As she informed Kris, “I would think he would be devastated to lose you, my sisters, Rob, just thinking how you guys would view him because he's always been very sensitive about that.”

“But me, he was playing me from the beginning of the doc,” Khloe stated, appearing in the document as well. “It's not like he is only doing bad press about me. He sat down and gave bad interviews about me in the documentary. So that's where I'm like, ‘You asked me to be a part of something, and I willingly did so, and you're just talking s--t about me? Let me know what we're doing so I can have the same energy.’”

"Although I wouldn't," she swiftly explained.

A source close to the professional athlete told media organizations on April 15 that Lamar did make press appearances for the documentary, despite the fact that he has not contacted Khloe since making his remarks. “Because it was part of his agreement, not because he enjoys revisiting deeply personal chapters of his life.”

“For years, he’s been consistent in acknowledging Khloé’s support during one of the hardest periods he’s faced,” the insider added. “He has said repeatedly that she showed up for him, took care of him, and played a meaningful role in his recovery.”
