Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi Discloses Her Cervical Cancer Findings.

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is getting ready for a challenging voyage. The Jersey Shore alumna announced that she was diagnosed with stage one cervical cancer after undergoing a cone biopsy, which revealed adenocarcinoma, less than a month after she revealed that physicians had discovered malignant cells in her cervix.

“Obviously not the news that I was hoping for,” in a TikTok on February 20, Snooki acknowledged, “but also not the worst news because they caught it so early.”

As a result, the 38-year-old expressed her gratitude to her fans and encouraged them to obtain regular checks and take care of themselves.

“I’ve been struggling with abnormal pap smears for like, three, four years now. And now look at me,” she added. “Instead of just putting it off because I didn't want to go and it hurt and I was scared—no. I just went and did it and it was there. Cancer's in there and it's only stage one and it's curable. Well, if I do all the things right, it can be curable or gone.”

And fortunately for Snooki, it was "a good thing" as the cone biopsy revealed the cancer cells had not spread to her cervix. Her physicians informed her that the adenocarcinoma "is more aggressive when it comes to spreading throughout your body and the lymph nodes," but there is still a potential that it will spread. According to the Cleveland Clinic, adenocarcinoma is a type of cancer that begins in the glands that line your organs.

What comes next? The reality star will determine her next line of action after undergoing a PET scan to determine whether the cancer has spread.

“After that, I'm gonna probably get the hysterectomy,” she clarified, alluding to the uterine removal surgery, “because the oncologist said you can either do chemo, radiation or the hysterectomy.”

She continued, “Obviously, I think the smart choice here is the hysterectomy.”

“So, 2026 is not panning out how I wanted it to,” she stated, “but also could be worse. Could be very much worse.”

Snooki, who is married to Jionni LaValle and has three children: Lorenzo, 13, Giovanna, 11, and Angelo, 6, expressed her gratitude to her fans for their love and support ever since she first shared her health issues.

“I love you so much,” she stated, “Everything's going to be fine. I'm going to tackle this and get it done.”

“I’m gonna continue to be vulnerable and let you guys know what's going on,” she added, “and that's that. So, I love you so much. That's the update. I gotta keep attacking this and everything's gonna be great.”

Snooki initially told her followers in a TikTok on January 21 that she was "terrified" of undergoing the cone biopsy but was determined to find out the truth.

“It’s scary,” she claimed, “but we have to get it done because cervical cancer is nothing to joke about."
