Robert Irwin shares what he’s seeking in a partner during an exclusive interview leading up to the Steve Irwin Gala in Las Vegas.
Robert Irwin shared his thoughts on finding love "I love to surround myself with people that are kind, that are positive and are up for an adventure," Robert exclusively shared in a joint interview with mom Terri Irwin and sister Bindi Irwin ahead of the Steve Irwin Gala at The Bellagio in Las Vegas. "Because at the end of the day, I feel so grateful that every single day for me is an adventure."
"I am traveling all corners of the world, I have my mission for wildlife conservation, I get to do some pretty cool things. I feel very grateful, and I would be honored, I would love to share that with someone special," the 21-year-old, who will soon be on season 34 of Dancing with the Stars, added.
He also joked that his future partner might be watching his interviews, playfully saying, "To you watching this right now: Hi, Robert here, love ya!". Robert emphasized that he often turns to his mother, Terri Irwin, and sister, Bindi Irwin, for dating advice, acknowledging that relationships can be challenging, especially in the public eye.

"That's the sort of thing where I always talk to my mom and my sister so much about, that advice, because the relationship world is hard enough as it is, let alone being in the public eye," Robert admitted. "So, you really just have to let it happen, you have to be open to it and let it happen. It'll all fall into place when it's meant to."
Despite previously dating Rorie Buckey, Robert remains optimistic that love will find him when the time is right. Until then, he continues to focus on his father’s legacy of animal conservation, using even unexpected opportunities—like modeling for Bonds underwear and competing on Dancing with the Stars—to spread his conservation message.
"I want to be able to take any far-flung thing, any exciting new project and really bring it back to the central message that we have,” Robert noted, “which is conservation and protecting animals, of course, but also kind of accidentally teaching you along the way and hopefully spreading a bit of positivity."
His journey is quite fascinating—both in the wild and on the dance floor!
