In anything you do, discover a way to shut down irrelevant noise [pick the constructive ideas]. A rich man will always be criticized for being rich and leaving many behind. A poor man will not have mercy for being poor. That is the nature of man (and woman) – nothing is perfect. To find success, it is important to filter well and cut-out noise.
Do not be overwhelmed when people criticize you. Find ways to process them. If you are starting newly and raising capital, it is possible that more than 95% of people you send your business plan will NOT acknowledge it. That can bring doubts –yes, does it mean this idea is not really good?

Everything is EASY when someone has done it. Visit drinking joints across Nigeria, men produce ideas to solve all our problems. Yet, when they wake up, nothing has changed. Then, take action, the tsunami of high-voltage criticism will come.
I have learnt one thing from successful people: they are peerless in filtering rants. If Dangote [pick Ovia, Innoson, etc] listens to all criticisms in Nigeria, he would have closed his firm. People filter what they read [for time] and most times, they only read to ADVANCE.
Be like them – stay focused and advance. Do not waste so much efforts on the pulling downs. Look deep into the promise and think less of all the criticisms. The key is to know that no matter what, there would always be people that criticize you.
It has always been that way, no serious person pays great attention to noise; doing so would mean that you will never get anything done.
Part of the misinformation and confusion has been around for ages: the poor usually show contempt to the rich, while the rich despise the poor. When you hear those loaded phrases like 'shared prosperity', 'all humans are equal', and those similar stuff; simply know that the purpose is to create chaos.
Humans are never equal in ability or vision, neither do all humans have the same objective; for anyone to even believe that there's is unity of purpose is more or less delusional.
If you don't do anything, you still get criticised, so it's better to do something and get criticised. Same goes when you are poor, so it's still better to be rich and keep taking the heat and hit; human nature is never quite!
Blaze and whizz through the noise, no one really cares about your sorry state, they shouldn't care when you are doing well.
