Vanessa Hudgens is adjusting to life after giving birth. Following the birth of her and Cole Tucker's daughter in November, the High School Musical star revealed that she had experienced hair loss.

The 37-year-old posted a picture to her Instagram Stories on March 30 with the comment, "And so it begins," while holding out her palm with strands of her dark brown hair in the center.

Vanessa's hair is still flourishing despite the shedding that some women experience after giving child because of low estrogen levels.

The Spring Breakers actress shared a selfie of her long hair on a follow-up slide, writing, "Having a great hair day." “Even with my hair loss.”

Vanessa, who also has a 20-month-old son with Cole, may not provide many specifics about her children, but she frequently provides parent updates. In fact, the actress from Bad Boys: Ride or Die just shared a glimpse of her daily appearance with her fans.

Vanessa stated, "Never any makeup," next to the March 19 Instagram photo of herself lying on the ground looking brand-new. “And always on the floor. Mom life lol."

Vanessa has learned a lot from this most recent phase of parenthood, including how to "slow down and enjoy the moment."

“It's so easy to focus on things in the future,” in August, Vanessa stated to news organizations. “Say, ‘I'll be happy when,’ or ‘Things will be easier when.’ But that's not what's important. What's important is the moment that is in front of you."

How about balancing everything? Vanessa is all about following her own path.

“Balance? I don’t know her,” she made a joke. “Life is crazy and time is a really precious thing. I am a person of extremes—I'm all in doing one thing or another. So, I guess that's balance, if you call extremes balance.”
