Simply, a member goes through a curated domain-specific training (2 months), and follows it up with an internship in a company (4 months). There are three tracks:

If you are in the renewable energy track, you will work with our partner remotely. You will be in the field to support their local clients but you do not need to report to any office. You will have training on the business, installation, etc covering training, installation, etc and you will be working with local project leaders in the area to support customers.
