As restaurants close, due to coronavirus and government instructions, mailed meal kits will become exceedingly vital. Data supports this: Blue Apron which delivers packaged ready to cook meals has seen its stock jump from $2.25 to $16.25 within two days! Unfortunately, coronavirus makes it nearly impossible to start such a business now as you would need to deal with many supply chain partners before you can put the digital sign, “We’re Open”.
