Comment 1: Most times when we evaluate the architectural wonders of the ant-hill we overlook the significant contributions of each individual ant. Despite no leader or guide every ant is aware of the importance of its contribution.

In contrast, we humans despite our enormous individual individual talent, skills and potentials; many people have come to believe that their individual contributions is insignificant in building a functional society.

There’s no greater tragedy than someone with talent and skills but believe unleashing the talent to the world will make no difference..

It is that institutional capability that builds nations, great companies, that is when a group of people can function as a strong unit; this continent is too deficient on that count…
