Just too early, a life has been taken. British musician Jake Hall, who initially gained notoriety on the reality show The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE), passed away on May 6 in a terrible accident at a villa in Mallorca, Spain. He was thirty-five.

According to The Sun, which cited local police who attended to the home, Hall is said to have died from head injuries brought on by glass fragments.

As per BBC News, the Spanish Civil Guard is looking into the incident, although it "appears to be an accidental death." The results of the autopsy are still pending.

Hall and Misse Beqiri, a fellow reality star who has been on Ladies of London and The Real Housewives of Chesire, have an 8-year-old daughter named River. Beqiri's representative released a statement on her behalf after learning of his passing.

“At this time, Misses' focus is on supporting and protecting their child as they come to terms with this devastating loss,” read the statement provided to media reporters. “The family are asking for privacy, compassion and respect while they grieve privately."

In 2015, Hall made his debut as Vas J. Morgan's pal on the 14th season of TOWIE. He dated his co-star Chloe Lewis during the seventeenth season of the show.

"Jake was a part of the TOWIE family for a number of years,” according to the BBC, a statement from the show said, “and we send our very deepest sympathies to his family and friends following today's very sad news."

Additionally, novelist Roxie Nafousi described Hall as "such a sweet soul" in the comment section of his most recent Instagram post.

“I know things weren’t always easy for you but you never gave up and you really loved your little girl more than anything in the world,” she added. “This is so devastating. Keep dancing up in heaven.”

In recent years, Hall had moved to Mallorca, where he grew up, and pursued a career as an artist after venturing into the fashion industry. This was mostly due to the encouragement of his daughter, River.

"I was constantly waking up in the night, I couldn't sleep and then, one day, we moved to Spain,” in an interview with Entitled1, Hall stated, “and my daughter said to me, 'Daddy, let's draw.' It took me out of that zone, that dark place. My daughter took me out of that place by simply doodling and drawing."

Hall shared a video montage of moments from his Mallorca life just hours before he passed away. A film of Rive dancing, Hall painting on sheets, spending time with friends, and touring his island were all included.

“Life is bollocks sometimes but I’m gonna try remember the good things,” he described the post. “Looking through things - I’m just making art - in many forms.”
