Katy Perry appears to be living out her childhood fantasies. She had a romantic outing on the “Roar” singer’s yacht almost three months after she and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau had dinner together in Montreal.
In images released by The Daily Mail in Oct. 12, Katy clothed in black one-piece suit wrapped her arms around Justin, who for his part was shirtless and in jeans. The pair kissed in one snap, with Justin caressing Katy’s backside in another.
Katy, 40, and Justin, 53, are both enjoying being single at the moment of the PDA-filled outing. Katy and Orlando Bloom, who have a 5-year-old daughter named Daisy Dove Bloom, called it quits on their engagement, and Justin announced his divorce from Sophie Grégoire in August 2023.

During Katy's Lifetimes tour dates in Canada back in July, the politician and Katy had dinner together at Le Violin in Montreal. The two engaged in a warm conversation as security sat close by, as seen in video that TMZ was able to obtain. While they were eating, the chef from the restaurant also came out to greet them.
Justin went to Katy's tour stop in Montreal two days after they had dinner on July 28. According to pictures posted to social media at the moment, the politician was beaming as he leaned against the arena railing and enjoyed the performance.
Orlando responded to a satirical post shared by The Onion that claimed he and former German Chancellor Angela Merkel had gone on a date together, even though neither Justin nor Katy had commented on their alleged romance.
“Just weeks after announcing his split with fiancée Katy Perry, English actor Orlando Bloom was photographed Friday dining with former German Chancellor Angela Merkel,” the Instagram piece from August 1 captions. “’Angela kept Orlando laughing all night—he couldn’t keep his eyes off her!’ said an insider source who spotted the pair sipping wine, slurping oysters, and splitting a decadent piece of chocolate layer cake at a Michelin-starred restaurant.”
The Pirates of the Caribbean star, who also has a 14-year-old son named Flynn with his ex-wife Miranda Kerr, responded to the joke by posting a number of clapping emojis in the comment area.
Orlando's ability to make light of the situation is not surprising. Since he and Katy broke up for good after nearly a decade of dating, he has made it obvious that there are no lingering animosities.
When he revealed his separation to Craig Melvin of Today in September, “I’m so grateful. We’ve got a beautiful daughter. You know when you leave everything on the field like I did in this movie, I feel grateful for all of it.”
Orlando went on to affirm that his and Katy's relationship is still "great," saying, "It is nothing but love."
