Cohabitating? Keke Palmer says that's not acceptable. Even if they are married, the 'Burbs star, who has a 2-year-old son named Leodis with her ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson, stated she will "never" reside in the same home as a love partner.
"I like my alone time," Keke said in the Feb. 2 program with Today's Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones. "That's real."

The 32-year-old even cited Whoopi Goldberg's well-known statement regarding her lack of desire in a committed relationship following her unions with Lyle Trachtenberg, David Claessen, and Alvin Martin.
"I just feel like Whoopi Goldberg said it best once. She was like, 'I don't want nobody in my house,'" Keke added. "And I feel that."
However, the actress from Nope is open to reaching a compromise. In her words, "Around the corner would be great."
"You can be in the guest house," Keke divulged. "We can be on the same land, but I'm over there and he's over there. At best, separate rooms."
Living apart, she adds, keeps the relationship "fun and exciting."
Keke said, "think about how fun it would be to be like, 'I'm going over to my man's house,'" adding that if her partner stayed over, he would probably create a "mess" at her residence. "I want to go sit on his couch."
However, Keke's door will always be open for her son notwithstanding.
"The funny thing about it, the child is the most responsible you can be," in 2024, she informed news organizations. "Having a child is going to bring a certain level of responsibility that nothing else will."
"I need to be the best for him and to be the best for him, I gotta be the best me," the Disney Channel star continued. "I'm not gonna be able to be the best me for him if I'm not focusing on the things that make me the best I can be."
