Okay, before you attack me, It's what I have observe here on LinkedIn. I see more jobs posts, every single day, like never before. Yes, i may be wrong, it may mean that LinkedIn is now showing more of the adverts because of the new algorithm.
On these premises, I propose a national and state job database.

It will help with statistics of job openings, age range of people applying and other things. Think about National planning, fairness to all applicants, occupations in demand and so much more. Dr. ‘Bosun Tijani have a look please if you got no constraint.
