Why LeBron James is Taking a Month Off from NBA Games Because of Sciatica on His Right Side.

For the time being, LeBron James will not be playing. Due to sciatica on his right side, the Los Angeles Lakers stated on October 9 that their great player would miss three to four weeks of preseason action and perhaps the beginning of the regular basketball season. This information was reported by ESPN.
LeBron has missed two preseason games and has not yet joined the team's training camp because of what coach JJ Redick described as nerve inflammation in his glute.
The 40-year-old would miss the Laker's opening game against the Golden State Warriors on October 21 if he were to take the entire four weeks.
Coach Redick informed press before the news that the NBA legend was "on his own timeline," according to ESPN, even though LeBron has not made any public statements regarding the injury.
LeBron James, however, has much to occupy him, including his most recent "second decision" to collaborate with Hennessy VSOP. He and his wife, Savannah James, have three children: Bronny, 21, Bryce, 18, and Zhuri, 10. In reference to his controversial 2010 ESPN interview The Decision, in which he declared he was leaving the Cleveland Cavaliers for the Miami Heat, the MVP made the announcement of the alliance in a video.
LeBron previously said that he is not nearly ready to announce his retirement, despite many people's expectations that he would.
"Obviously, I know I'm on the other side of the hump, for sure,” he clarified during the 360 With Speedy episode that aired on September 18. “Come on now, I'm not about to play another 23 years, that's for damn sure, and I'm not about to play another 10.”

He went on, “I'm definitely gearing up to where the end is, I'm not there yet."
In addition, LeBron has already thought of some possible activities for when he does decide to leave the court.
"I would love to explore, and if the scripts start to roll in and there’s an opportunity for me to do some acting and I have the time—obviously, post-career," in June, he informed The Hollywood Reporter "I don’t mind looking at it and seeing if I can make it happen, for sure."
His attention on Hollywood would "boil down to the creative writing and to the role," according to the Space Jam: A New Legacy star.
"If the role is appropriate and I feel like I can nail it," he went on to say, "then I wouldn’t mind doing that at all."
