The Emmys for Best Supporting Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie were instead presented to Adolescence winner Owen Cooper by Sweeney, who has yet to directly address the scandal.
The 15-year-old star's achievement was historic as he became the youngest male actor to ever receive an award at the yearly presentation.
